Refund Policy

We want you to love your Gods & Kings products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Unopened products: We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or a product is defective, contact us at godsandkingsskincare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return: Email godsandkingsskincare@gmail.com with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
